About me
My goal is to empower you to build your body’s capability, quiet your mind, settle your nervous system, and bring your best to whatever you’re doing as a midlife woman.
I’m the mother of two, and the creator of several online practice courses & a private movement coach who’s helped hundreds of students:
build bone density, muscle mass, and range of motion
create routines that work and last
increase their sense of peace and calm, even in the midst of chaotic life
I’m a former yoga teacher trainer and international retreat leader, and I’m also a professional organizer on the side (thus my obsession with systems that work).
I hold many degrees and certifications: B.S., E-RYT 500 yoga certification, 100-hr Steel Mace Vinyasa teacher, Yoga Detour teacher, Kula Flow teacher, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Plus, I have completed more biomechanics and yoga trainings than I can count. I worked for 17 years in software industry before jumping ship to teach movement full time, so I’m a bit of a tech maven.
Based in Santa Cruz, California, I live with my architect-husband, Mark, and with whichever of my two amazing young adult kiddos who happen to be staying with us at the time, plus our two kitty cats, Felix and Merlin.
